Esteban's ties to Cicero are strong, having attended local public schools from kindergarten through Morton College before transferring to the University of Illinois at Chicago (UIC), where he earned a Bachelor’s in Psychology. Driven by a desire to make a greater impact, he pursued a Master’s in Public Administration at Baruch College in New York City through the prestigious National Urban Fellowship, where he received a full-ride scholarship.

Above all, Esteban is a devoted family man. He is committed to working tirelessly to ensure a brighter future for his growing family. His love for Cicero drives his dedication to creating a community where every child has the opportunity to thrive.
